Ms. Secondopinionson is Alfred G. Diorama Elementary School's receptionist and a minor character. She is Dr. Secondopinionson's daughter and Joe's half-sister.
Personality[]
Ms. Secondopinionson is a patient woman who, for the most part, cares about her family. As her father is too old and feeble to do anything anymore, she provides food, shelter and all other material needs. While she doesn't scold or punish Joe, she wishes he would appreciate what she did for him and their father.
One of her defining traits is her deep, masculine voice, which she masks from everyone but her family.
History[]
Marriage was apparently not an option to her, as she has said she is infertile/became it at some point.
She would take care of Joe while he was living with her. In the winter of Dr. Secondopinionson's life, she would also take care of him.
Nurse Bendy would call her on occasion to see what Joe's up to. While Ms. Secondopinionson never told Joe the truth about his mom, likely believing he wouldn't listen to her, she was glad Joe found out eventually.
Relationships[]
Dr. Secondopinionson
He is her father. Ms. Secondopinionson would take care of him as he grew old and test his memory, but didn't like how he lied to Joe about his real mother. When her half-brother beat up Dr. Secondopinionson in "Dumb," she ignored it.
Joe Secondopinionson
Joe is her half-brother. Joe would often tell her "You're not my mom!" as an excuse for misbehaving and treating her poorly. When he found out about Nurse Bendy, Joe starts to appreciate his sister.
Nurse Bendy
She would often call Ms. Secondopinionson to research Joe and replicate his behaviors into one of her teddy bears.

- Some of her traits, namely her infertility and deep voice, could allude to her having a condition in which she has abnormally high amounts of testosterone, such as Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), or congenital adrenal hyperplasia (CAH).
- Some fans also theorize she may be transgender.
- Her age is only alluded to by the synopsis of "Dumb" on adultswim.com, which may or may not be canonical.
- She and Mrs. Noheart share the same model. This is most obvious in "Love," where she dons Mrs. Noheart's outfit.
- It was never confirmed whether Mrs. Noheart shares her outfit in "Repression," so the model's appearances with that combo will be considered as Ms. Secondopinionson's.
- In "Dumb," her hair color was retconned to black to match Joe's.
- Her last name is derived from "second opinion," which refers to getting another person's advice on something. This term is often used in medicine, and it was revealed when Dr. Potterswheel called Dr. Secondopinionson by his last name in "Holy Visage."
